STORAGE OF ACCESS DATA IN SERVER LOG FILES

You can visit our website without giving information about yourself. We only store access data in server log files with Session ID and time of retrieval. This data gets automatically deleted after 20 minutes.This data is analysed solely in order to ensure the smooth operation of the site and to improve our services. It does not tell us anything that can be traced back to you.

DATA COLLECTION AND USE FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING AND WHEN OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

We collect personal data if you express your consent while placing your order, when contacting us (e.g. through the contact form or email), when subscribing to our newsletter (only your email address) or when opening a customer account. The type of data that is collected can be seen on the respective input forms. We use the data that you have provided to process contracts and to handle your requests. After the complete processing of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked from further use and deleted after the expiration of the statutory retention period, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data utilisation as is permissible by law and about which we inform you below. Your customer account can be deleted at any time and this can be done by either sending a message to the contact details given in our supplier identification, or by using a function to this effect in your customer account.

DATA TRANSFER FOR FULFILLING THE CONTRACT

In order to fulfill the contract, we transfer your payment data to the payment service provider commissioned by us. In some cases, the selected payment service providers collect this data themselves if and when you set up an account with them (e.g. Paypal). In such a case, you must log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. All payment data is stored by Payrexx.
